這是本屆奧斯卡最佳音樂得主，電影 "Once" 裡的 "Falling Slowly" by Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova。
我沒看過這部電影，對這首歌也沒有多大印象，只記得男生表演時一臉痛苦得不得了的模樣。真正印象深刻的是這位十九歲的 Marketa 曲折的得獎致詞：
Hi everyone. I just want to thank you so much.
This is such a big deal, not only for us, but for all other independent musicians and artists that spend most of their time struggling, and this, the fact that we're standing here tonight, the fact that we're able to hold this, it's just to prove no matter how far out your dreams are, it's possible.
And, you know, fair play to those who dare to dream and don't give up. And this song was written from a perspective of hope, and hope at the end of the day connects us all, no matter how different we are.
And so thank you so much, who helped us along way. Thank you.
原本是男生先致詞，他講完的時候時間到了，催人趕快下台的音樂也開始響起，接著便進廣告。廣告回來，主持人特地把 Marketa 單獨請回台上完成她的感言，原本以為她會像其他人一樣害羞又緊張的胡言亂語，沒想到她很鎮定的完成了上面這段感言，台風之穩，內容平實卻很感人。
